Wouter Ofner
Wouter is a Legal Tech entrepreneur since 2010. He creates and develops cloud applications (SaaS) that are aimed at the automation of legal work processes, in particular processes concerning the development and keeping up-to-date of model contracts and the use thereof. As former M&A lawyer at NautaDutilh (the Netherlands and USA) and later Allen & Overy Amsterdam, he has in-depth knowledge of these processes and their immense inefficiencies, both at law firms and at enterprises. Wouter successfully sold his first start-up to WoltersKluwer at the end of 2015.
Mark Willemen
Mark is a solution architect and an IT entrepreneur for almost 20 years. Mark has a lot of experience in the field of SaaS solutions, including for online (in the cloud) cooperating on, and editing and publishing of high quality documents. He knows how to tailor the possibilities of IT to the needs of the branch. He speaks the language of developers and through this is an important link between the business case and the development team.
Arjan Slobbe
Arjan is a knowledge-driven entrepreneur for over 25 years. Currently in business coaching, valuation and ICT, and prior to that in accountancy. He has successfully completed several educations: accountancy (RA), business valuation (RV) and Data- & Business Analytics.
