Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate Senior UX/UI Designer to join our international team in revolutionizing the legal sector through our innovative collaboration platform. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting intuitive user experiences and interfaces that address diverse user needs. Collaborating closely with our development team, you will design and implement innovative features, ensuring pixel-perfect execution. Your expertise will be pivotal in transforming complex workflows into seamless user journeys, enhancing both functionality and visual appeal.

Key Responsibilities
- Design innovative features to grow the business.
- Work iteratively, delivering what the team needs at each stage.
- Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of your designs.
- Facilitate creative sessions with the development team.
- Create and present your vision, ideas, and designs convincingly.
- Balance the interests of end users and the business in your designs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience in UX/UI design for digital platforms.
- Proficiency in Design Thinking tools and methodologies.
- Ability to create both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Experience with user testing and validation.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
